SiteCraft - SaaS Website Builder

Independently designed and implemented a full SaaS website builder from the ground up, including the visual editor, template system, site management, publishing, custom domains, payments, SEO controls, and AI-assisted site generation.

SiteCraft is a full SaaS website-building platform that I designed and implemented independently end-to-end. I owned the product implementation across the React frontend, visual drag-and-drop editor, structured site JSON model, authentication, Supabase/PostgreSQL persistence, template system, dashboard, preview and publishing workflows, custom-domain integration with Vercel, SEO/page settings, Razorpay payments, AI-assisted site generation, export functionality, and reusable SDK/editor packages. The platform allows users to start from a template or blank project, visually build multi-page responsive websites, manage and preview changes, publish sites, connect custom domains, configure SEO, and generate initial site structure/content from AI prompts.

Owned the product implementation end-to-end, from editor architecture and data modeling through publishing and deployment workflows.

ParkLoyalty - Parking Violation Management Platform

Currently leading frontend development for a production parking violation management platform across three connected portals, while coordinating the frontend team and handling client requirements, planning, and execution.

ParkLoyalty is a production parking violation management platform deployed across 100+ US sites and 15+ Canadian sites. I currently lead frontend development and team delivery, working directly with the client on requirement gathering, technical planning, execution, and delivery. The product includes Motorist, Processing, and Enforcement portals. The public Motorist Portal supports citation lookup, payments, payment plans, appeals, and hearing scheduling, with an ADA-compliant experience and English/French (Canada) support for Canadian users. The Processing Portal provides administrative workflows and reporting, while the Enforcement Portal supports operational workflows.

BOM Document Automation

Read engineering case study

Built a full-stack document automation platform that converts Excel TBOM data into revisioned Word documents, with authenticated workflows, PostgreSQL persistence, and document history.

Designed and implemented the application independently end-to-end. The platform accepts XLSX uploads, processes TBOM data using business filtering and transformation rules, generates company-wise revisions, populates Word templates, stores document metadata in PostgreSQL, and provides authenticated users with document history and downloads.

TaskFlow - Calendar & Task Management Platform

Read engineering case study

Built a full-stack task and calendar management platform with role-based access, real-time updates, scheduled reminders, push notifications, and audit logging.

Designed and implemented TaskFlow independently end-to-end with a React/Vite frontend and Node.js/Express backend. The application combines task management and calendar scheduling with JWT access and refresh authentication, ADMIN/USER permissions, Socket.io real-time events, node-cron reminders, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and PostgreSQL persistence.

Designed the application as a full-stack system with authentication, authorization, persistence, real-time events, and scheduled background work.
Combined Socket.io, FCM, and scheduled jobs to support both in-app and push-based task reminders.
Used audit logs to make important task activity traceable instead of relying only on current state.
